If you lost your card, you can apply for a new one. Please note that your number will change.

LCPL does not share personal identifying information with other agencies.

The PIN is the cardholder's birthdate in MMDDYY format.

Remove old fees

As of 2019, LCPL has removed overdue fines. If there is still a fee on your account, email Susan VanEpps to request that it be waived so you can start using your card again.

ESOL Events

LCPL offers programs where you can practice speaking English, learn writing skills, prepare for the U.S. citizenship test and more.

English classes are also offered by Loudoun Literacy Council.

Outreach Services

The LCPL Outreach Services team offers Books by Mail, a postage-free delivery service of selected library materials. Loudoun County residents of all ages who are unable to leave home due to a temporary or permanent physical or visual disability are eligible to apply.

Accessibility

To request a reasonable accommodation for a disability, call 703-777-0368. Three days’ notice is requested.

For translation services, contact the department directly, or the county’s Public Affairs and Communications Office at 571-258-3282.

You can also request to have a translator assist with phone calls.
