The Law Library is a public library that serves the legal information needs of self-represented litigants, legal professionals, the judiciary, and county and other governmental officials. Public access to legal information is a critical component of open and equal access to the justice system. The Law Library’s mission is to provide customers appropriate access to accurate and practical legal information.
Borrowing privileges are available to court staff and licensed Virginia attorneys. Attorneys that are members of the Loudoun County Bar Association may also apply for “after-hours” access to the Law Library.
Free notary services are available on a drop-in basis but appointments are recommended. Some important information before you come in for notary service:
