The e-mail you receive for holds or overdue items will be sent from:
Loudoun County Public Library <DEPT-LIBSERV-EMAIL_NOTICES@loudoun.gov>
The subject line will be "This is a message from the Loudoun County Public Library." Make sure that this user/address is listed as acceptable in any spam-blocking software that you or your e-mail provider uses.
While the library will e-mail notices, we cannot guarantee delivery of these messages. Failure to receive a reminder notice does not waive the user’s responsibility for the timely return of materials.

To update an existing e-mail address online, choose the "My Library Card" tab from the online catalog, login to your account, select “My Contact Information,” enter your new email address, and click “Update."
