Phone Notification Form
Please complete this form to receive notice by phone when you have hold requests ready to pick up or materials overdue.
The phone call you receive for holds or overdue items will be from our Automated Phone service during the library’s business hours. The system will say, "This is the Loudoun County Public Library with a message for (name)".
While the library will call you, we cannot guarantee delivery of these messages. Failure to receive a reminder notice does not waive the user’s responsibility for the timely return of materials.
