Thank you again for your interest in proposing a program. Your entry will be shared with the division manager for library programming for review, and you will be contacted if one or more library branches are interested in hosting the program. If you have questions, please contact Susan VanEpps at susan.vanepps@loudoun.gov.

On behalf of Loudoun County Public Library, thank you very much for your program submission!

We appreciate your interest in our system. All library programs are free and open to the public, and are carefully planned to meet the Library’s mission:

Loudoun County Public Library, the community's information center, provides free and equal access to a variety of library resources and innovative technologies to enhance the quality of life and meet the informational, educational and cultural interests of the community.

Programs are developed and scheduled to follow our internal guidelines for development, as well as library policy (view the policy here.) This ensures that programs help promote our collections, resources, and services, while meeting the needs and interests of our community and customers.

Program proposals and ideas are accepted on a continual basis, but submission of the form does not guarantee acceptance of a program. Because of the very large number of program proposals received by Loudoun County Public Library, we are unable to provide individual notification of acceptance or rejection of submissions. We thank you for your proposal, but know that even if it is an excellent idea, we might not be able to host your program at this time.

Program submissions are kept on file, as the need for them may arise months after they are proposed. A staff member will contact you should there be interest in hosting your proposed program.

Thank you again for offering to share your expertise with the Loudoun County Public Library community.

Sincerely,
Susan VanEpps
